Turnkey Construction & Integration
Each SFEC unit is designed, built, and validated according to a rigorous industrial process, ensuring performance, traceability, and safety.
Our workshops integrate all necessary expertise: boiler making, piping, electricity, automation, testing, and validation.
1. Preparation and Procurement
- Selection of certified and traceable components
- Manufacturing of hydraulic and electrical sub-assemblies
- Verification of incoming batches and dimensional control
2. Mechanical and Hydraulic Assembly
- Assembly of tanks, skids, and stainless steel or painted steel frames
- Installation of piping (PVC, PE, PP, PVDF, stainless steel) according to the type of water treated
- Integration of measuring devices, valves, pumps, and control instruments
3. Electrical and Automation Integration
- Wiring of electrical cabinets and control modules
- Programming of PLCs and supervision interfaces (HMI, remote monitoring)
- Complete functional tests before delivery
4. Quality Control and In-house Testing
- Hydraulic tests, leak tests, and pressurization
- Simulations of production and safety cycles
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) validation with the client
